The computer will identify the caller and it calls back to the number where the call originated and the caller is connected. Call back utility can be used from anywhere in the world. For this purpose modification of equipments etc are not needed.
Once the caller is connected, he can make any number of calls. The caller gets disconnected once he hangs up the phone. Of course, he can re-connected by following the same procedure as he had done before. The dialing is fully automatic and therefore the calling will be much faster. Since the caller is connected through his calling company, the cost is quite cheaper.
